My name is Renee Borrows and I attended Cal Baptist University where I received my MA in Counseling Psychology. I believe understanding oneself holistically is important. I provide a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to help clients gain deeper awareness of how their life experiences might presently impact them. My focus is on aiding individuals who have encountered trauma, anxiety, or depression. My goal is also to reduce the stigma within minority communities regarding therapy, because I believe there is immense value in prioritizing one's mental health. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their personal history and navigate current struggles.

My availability includes: afternoon/evening on Mondays, morning-late afternoon Tues-Thurs, and mornings on Fridays. Personal hobbies that I enjoy are videography, photography, and event planning.
